WHAT IS IJMB?

ABOUT IJMB:

IJMB is another government-approved program for direct entry admission. It simply means the Interim Joint Matriculation Board. It is a full-time Advanced level program that enables candidates to gain admission to the 200-level without JAMB.

Although not all Nigerian universities give admission without Jamb, a candidate is sure to gain admission to participating universities.

HOW LONG IS IJMB?

The IJMB program runs for 9–10 months. This period covers two semesters, and students are well groomed in preparation for the IJMB exam.

Students with IJMB points as low as 7 usually get admission. But sometimes it may not be the preferred course.
